Episode 85 In this episode, Amy and I talk about her new book Star Sick as I get into the mind of a self published writer. Being a self-published author is a journey filled with both challenges and rewards. On one hand, it offers a sense of creative freedom and autonomy, allowing authors to bring their vision to life without the constraints of traditional publishing.  However, it also requires a great deal of perseverance and dedication, as authors must navigate the intricacies of editing, formatting, and marketing on their own. Building an audience and gaining recognition can be daunting tasks, but the ability to connect directly with readers and receive immediate feedback can be incredibly fulfilling. Ultimately, being a self-published author is a labor of love, requiring passion, patience, and a willingness to embrace the journey, wherever it may lead.
