KDTime: Let's Gooooooooo !!

Let me start this off by saying I am ridiculously happy that sports are back on the TV and I will eventually go to see one live again, but for now I'll enjoy them from the comfort of my home and possibly some sports bars if that's available. Of course this episode is all about sports with a KD Recommendation.

An Excerpt from the show:

"When I first found my love for major sports, it all started with basketball. The thing is I wanted guys to like me. I went that route and I started paying attention to basketball and then football because I played while in jhs. Hockey came much later (although as a New Yorker if the rangers or islanders won I would be happy). I remember going to my first baseball game in 2006 with my journalism teacher. She took us to see the Yankees and I became a fan then. Loved A-Rod and Jeter. But yea basketball is where it started and the best basketball team in 06-07 was the Spurs beating Cleveland in a sweep. Now I love underdogs and back then Lebron James was on the Cavs. I loved him on the Cavs. He was young, fast, fresh, literally led the Cavs to their first Eastern Conference Championship. He carried that team on his back, that’s my opinion. Also as a East Side fan I wanted the Cavs to win, it was so sad when they didn’t. East Coast West Coast rivalry ya know. But I don’t hate the west coast or anything like that. I was just experiencing it all as if this sport was brand spanking new. So yea I got into sports because of boys and liking boys. If you like what they like they’ll be more willing to talk to you. They are so excited when you like something that they enjoy.

Kd’s Recommendation: Choose the Right Tea

For every condition there is a tea to drink that will help. For a headache drink cinnamon, a cough drink thyme, a sore throat drink lemon, stomach ache chamomile, you feeling tired or fatigued drink peppermint, nauseous ginger and if you have insomnia there's passionflower tea.

A Brazil concoction tea that is good for the flu, cold and asthma. It has bay leaves, a piece of ginger root (fresh), a wedge of green lime, a few cloves, and then you boil all of that sweeten it with honey and drink as hot as you can preferably at night before you go to bed. You can add garlic and turmeric if you want."

Watching sports has become a large influence in my life and that hasn't gone away. I have so much passion for teams, players, and games. I absolutely love watching and I do hope I can pass on the love i have to my future children.
