Episode 68 Have you ever watched a movie and before you know it you are in complete dreamland? You might wake up somewhere in the movie not having a clue what’s going on? Or you might pop in a movie you know will just put you right to sleep and you’re completely okay with that.  I mean let’s be real here, we all generally know that watching tv before bed is technically bad for us but what if it’s not anymore. Here I go talking a little cuckoo. But think about it. We are a society that is practically glued to our screens. Phones, tablets, tvs, computers, laptops etc. If we were living back in the early 90s which is literally 30 years ago now the only screens we were “addicted” to were the tv and we were able to get away from it by going outside and going to work, going to camp or playing at a friends house. We didn’t have a screen attached at the hip because there was no such thing. NOW, even children as young as 2, toddlers, are devices just like the rest of us. Movies you can fall...
